During my recent stay at Crowne Plaza, I was impressed by the spacious and clean room with a stunning view of the bridge to HK. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of Western and Chinese food, satisfying my taste buds each morning.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as an early check-out time and limited local transportation options, these didn't overshadow the overall positive experience I had at Crowne Plaza. The comfortable room, friendly staff, and convenient amenities made my stay enjoyable.

I loved the time in this property. This was a luxurious stay for Business or Vacation. All the employees were competent and very supportive. Hotel's room was a nice size with an absolutely stunning view of the sea and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge.

It was a world-class hotel. The restaurant was lovely for both dinner and breakfast, we ordered delicious dishes. The most important was the staff - well-trained and extremely helpful people.

This hotel was set in a central area just next door to which is in a quieter area, and the center of old town. The rooms were well-kept and beautifully decorated and complete with housekeeping failed to wash the wine glasses, a very good bathtub, a sofa bed.

Competent staff, absolutely stunning views over the bay, everything is very good. Its rooms are a nice size for a luxurious stay for Business or Vacation. The interior is very modern and design is nice.

Wanted to explore Macau and this hotel was lovely base for doing it. Booked a room with spectacular views over the bay. The bathroom was large, the bed was comfy.

The total stay was brilliant for Business or Vacation.

Well-trained staff as I wanted. The standard room was beautifully decorated and well-appointed with big bathroom plus full toiletary kits, so that guests had essentials;))

We truly enjoyed this well-maintained hotel with sea views. Its location was quiet, so close to the main square, restaurants and supermarkets, and downtown by public bus. Furthermore, equivalent to Crowne plaza😀

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in Macau without a casino inside. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, exactly what we were looking for. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of the sea. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary fruits and a bottle of red wine in our upgraded room. The breakfast had a great variety of choices and the restaurant offered a beautiful view. The staff at the door, Liz at check-in, and Chris from concierge were all extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Even when we left some important items in the safety box, they quickly retrieved them for us. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Macau.

Everything was simply really good. My stay was luxurious for Business or Vacation. The breakfast was delicious and awesome for vegetarians and the staff were very supportive! Got a nice size standard room with a view as expected, loved it.

The venue is huge and immaculately clean with an excellent value and competent and highly trained staff. The breakfasts for vegetarians. Such a very good service. Well-maintained and nicely appointed hotel with a central location right next to the sea. And near town centre and the border crossing.

The hotel is located in a residential area facing the sea, offering a nice view of the HK-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities and have big bathrooms with full toiletry kits. The breakfast includes a wide range of options, suitable for vegetarians, and is included in the price.

Quiet and best possible location with private parking. Efficient service within 0.5 miles of the airport. Pretty nice room, incredible bed and large bathroom. Good choice of products for a superb and delicious breakfast.
